You will receive an email with membership approval and guidelines.  You will then receive eDM’s when event tickets become available in your area.

Where do I find the details for the event i'm attending?

Please login to the member portal to see your ticket and event information.

Barcoded Tickets

All barcoded vouchers are issued as single tickets. If you order more than one ticket, every ticket must be printed or shown on your phone for entry.

Note; if you have ordered x 4 tickets you will get 4 vouchers – each has a different barcode.

 

ShowFilmFirst vouchers should be scanned for General Admission entry between times specified on your voucher. Tickets are General Admission/Standing and no special requests can be considered. Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will be allowed entry. No readmissions. 

 

If you present more than one copy of the barcode, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned. Some venues require the purchaser's name on each ticket.  Please ensure if you are the purchaser that you bring ID in the name on the ticket. 

 

ShowFilmFirst vouchers/tickets are non transferable and ID may be requested in the same name as on ticket.



How do I know what complimentary tickets SFF has?

We email our members with our complimentary ticket offers. There will be a small non-refundable admin charge to access tickets.

How do I know where my seats will be?

Unfortunately we don't have specific seat allocations, however we have had front row tickets for premieres. It is very important to note that we cannot specify where seats will be and no special requests can be accommodated. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. Usually if booked as a group these will be seated together but again, we cant guarantee this.

How many tickets will I get?

Ticket numbers vary depending on the event, but they can be from a minimum of 2 tickets to a maximum of 6 tickets.

How do I get my tickets?

Each event has separate instructions. Check voucher for instructions.

Can I tell my Family and Friends about SFF?

Yes, we encourage your family and friends to apply for membership. This is an exclusive membership and we ask that whilst at events and shows that you are discreet about how you obtained tickets.

Is there a membership fee to join SFF?

There is no membership fee. You will only be asked to pay a small non-refundable admin fee for the event you book to attend.

Member Code of Conduct

1. Do not contact the venue direct

2. Be discreet (dont mention where you got tickets)

3. Do not ask for changes to tickets you are given

4. Be polite to other guests and box office staff

5. Note and adhere to specific instructions for picking up tickets
